The longest and most important relationship in your life is with yourself – but we're conditioned to think that taking time for your well-being is an act of luxury. The more you feed into that belief, the more likely you'll face burnout and lower self-esteem, potentially putting your overall health at risk. Join Mental Health Therapist, Kyira Wackett, for a five-session course designed to help you understand the importance of self-love. Together, we'll break down what self-care looks and feels like, how to love yourself and create a foundation to deepen your love for yourself today and tomorrow. It’s time we made self-care non-negotiable. 

Core topics to be explored: 

  • Understanding what self-love actually is and what gets in the way – including our shame, negative self-talk and pressure to be busy and productive all of the time.

  • Discussing the role of forgiveness, for ourselves and others, to make peace with our past and allow us to shift the way we engage with our lives now.

  • Clarifying who we indeed are, what is important and where we want our lives to go, so we can let go of our performance selves and show up wholly and entirely to our lives.
