Typical program duration is 5-7 months. This will depend on the depth of processing and commitment, internal resistances, external barriers, and life circumstances.

I never want to make the goal “to feel better”. Life is unpredictable and setting yourself up to a destination like this can often be disheartening and unhelpful.
I also think the focus on an outcome takes away from our capacity to be in the process of the work. This is the basis for the concept of a growth mindset versus a fixed mindset. Growth mindsets are process oriented. They are all about learning, evolving and showing up each day with curiosity and commitment. A fixed mindset gets stuck in the outcome. They fear the process of learning and evolving. They have a hard time being in pursuit and are more comfortable with binaries. Adapt a growth mindset when it comes to healing. The goal is not for you “feel better” but to find peace, self-love and self-efficacy even in times of pain and distress. It is about shifting the focus to feeling rooted in your life and able to handle unpredictability, change and loss.
To get here is entirely dependent on how you show up, how much you invest, the journey you are on and the context of your life. For some, this can happen right away in the program. For others, it can take months. The focal point in getting here is to relinquish control for and of all of the things that are outside of your control, focusing on what is in front of you and how you want to show up to your life.

No. This program is not a replacement for individual support services. If you are experiencing severe and persistent mental health symptoms, you should consult your doctor or therapist.
