Investigating Our Thoughts: What Role Are They Playing?
Investigating Our Thoughts: What Role Are They Playing?
Our thoughts play a dominant role in how we connect with and understand ourselves and our place in this world. When our thoughts get overrun with negativity — shame, self-doubt, low self-worth, etc, it dramatically effects the way we feel, act and connect. In this worksheet, we will get clear on what our dominant thoughts are, the role they play and how to begin shifting them to be more neutral and positive.
This is a great exercise for anyone who experiences a lot of negative self-talk or shame or finds themselves constantly in a state of self-doubt and fear.

As a therapist, my goal is to make the concepts, tools and ideas shared and discussed in therapy more accessible for people in and outside of the therapy room so I want to do what I can to help get these tools into the hands of the people that need and want them.
