A 12-page downloadable packet that walks you through self-care's specific components, including the 3 main elements involved, the impact it can have, and what a practice is the most beneficial way to engage in it.

The packet includes over 30 self-care activities (appx 20 shown in images) you can test out and note if and when they are effective for you in preserving and improving your well-being. At the end, you will complete a self-care practice sheet that will have you define 2 activities that will be used in daily practice and 3 that can be used in response to heightened emotional distress and overwhelm.
