The more you deplete yourself of your resources for others, the more feelings of loneliness and resentment can creep in. Instead, learn how to take back your life with the power of saying no.
Led by mental health therapist, Kyira Wackett, we’ll discuss the power of setting boundaries, the importance of making space for what matters to you, and learn actionable ways to say and respond to “no.” This workshop implements both didactic and interactive learning and as always, will be elevated by the openness and sharing that the group brings.
