Looking for real, tangible changes you can make to avoid burnout? Join licensed mental health therapist, Kyira Wackett, as she takes us beyond band-aid solutions, resolutions and quick fixes. In this five-part series, you’ll learn to embrace discomfort, address negative thoughts and feelings, and move past them to eliminate their root cause. Using her signature five-stage method, Kyira will invite you into a safe and supportive environment to ask yourself hard questions, feel deeply and heal by learning to become the lead character in your own life.
Note: This workshop is highly interactive and will have coursework between each session. To get the most out of the course, we ask everyone to take time to complete the take-home assignments. Sessions will be spaced out every two weeks and the external class work will require two hours or less between each session.
