Join us for part 3 of the Cultivating Awesomeness Series with the focus on inviting you to look deep into the "why" behind your business and brand, identify barriers to your creativity and success, and make the necessary shifts and steps in your business to help you move forward in the direction you seek. If you missed the first 2, no worries! The sessions are designed to be consumable both in a series and individual format.
Workshops are designed to be both didactic and interactive in nature. They are able to be attended as one-off seminars though it is recommended to attend all 3 to get the maximum benefit. Each session will have opportunities for discussion and "take-home assignments" meant to help you do a deeper dive into the work we will introduce.
Session topics are as follows:
April 16th: Getting Comfortable Being Uncomfortable: The Intersection of Fear, Vulnerability & Freedom where we will talk about the role fears plays in our lives, the way to leverage it and work with it to escape the shackles it can place on you.
April 23rd: Know Your Worth & How to Communicate It where we will talk about communication styles and strategies, explore the role of imposter syndrome, and learn practical skills for negotiating your worth and value and the factors of your brand's worth (time, money, communication, etc)
May 7th: Diving In: Taking the Steps to Move a Hobby to a Business where we will explore the barriers to making this shift in our brain, explore more deeply the "WHY" that drives us, how to balance the passion and business ends of the work, and scheduling for success.
