Join us for the next round of photoshoots for the #ReclaimBeauty project! All are welcome and deserve to have their story told and beauty celebrated!

Attire: Each person interested in attending will wear all black clothing and if they are comfortable, sports bras/crops tops/bandeauxs and/or spandex/briefs/shorts (essentially anything goes and the less clothing the better as long as your genitalia is covered and you feel comfortable). Otherwise, anything you are comfortable wearing will be great as long as you are in all black! Also, some have asked about make-up. Ideally, it will be little or no-make-up but again, I want people to feel comfortable so do what feels good for you!

Photo Session: Individual sessions will be approximately 10 minutes long with you having the time to interact 1-on-1 with the AMAZING Ashley Rostad from Blackwater Studios in a private area on the 3rd floor of the building! She makes you feel completely at ease (trust me) and allows you to feel beyond comfortable while in such a vulnerable state having your photo taken!

Interview: In addition to the 10-minute session, I (Kyira) will meet with each of you to capture a bit of what that experience was like for you. For some, greater reflection comes over time so I always welcome follow up submissions and writing but am excited about the opportunity to engage with you and hear more about why this project speaks to you, how beauty standards have impacted you in your life, and how you can empower people to join us as we #ReclaimBeauty!

Note: All participants must sign a release allowing us to use your photos and quotes for the purposes of the project. However, if there are special circumstances or stipulations, we are HAPPY to work with you!
