Thank you so much for your interest in coaching. I will be in touch within 48 hours to schedule your 20-minute consult session. Note we will plan to block 25-minutes to give some buffer time for technology issues or additional needs though most consults take only the 20-minute time.

Please note, you will receive a pre-session assignment. Please be sure you allow yourself about 1 hour to complete this assignment and return it to me at least 24 hours before our scheduled consult time to allow me proper time to review and prepare.

After completing our consult call, you will receive an email from me summarizing our discussion and proposed goals and coaching plan to move forward.

If we elect to move forward, all contract and payment information will be sent to you directly.
