I’m sorry things didn’t go as expected.
But maybe they went exactly the way they needed to?
Maybe it’s an opportunity to stop & let yourself just be — even if only for a moment.
We are in a constant of hustle — chasing the next task, trying to outrun productivity, all the while on the edge of burn out, exhaustion and resentment.
Let’s use this broken URL as an invitation to root ourselves in the present and take a pause.
Before you rush off to the next task:
Stand up and stretch — or be really bold and go for a walk around the room. What is your body telling you right now?
Get a drink of water — it’s a safe bet to assume you are not hydrated.
Take 3 deep, belly breaths — in through the nose and out through the mouth. Notice what comes up for you as you do it.
Name one thing you are grateful for.
Put your hands over your heart, close your eyes and say, “I am worthy. I am deserving.”
Self-care doesn’t have to be hours of work.
It can be as simple as accepting this invitation to be present with yourself for a few minutes and reconnect to your body.
Feeling re-energized? Great! Off you go!
And if this little break sparked in you a need to go deeper into self-care…
